PLANNING applications submitted to Tameside Council since the last edition of the Mossley Correspondent are:

17/00918/FUL: Change of use of the existing building from licensed public house to residential in the form of a conversion creating a total of nine apartments of one and two-bedroom size. Included within the application proposals are ancillary works relating to the provision of hard and soft landscaping and the creation of a formal car park with access road (demolition of an existing outbuilding is also proposed) at The Highland Laddie Market Street Mossley Ashton-under-Lyne Tameside OL5 0ES; Target date of decision: January 2, 2018.

17/00920/OUT: Six, two and a half storey (room in the roof), semi-detached, three-bedroom dwellings contained within three separate blocks. The individual dwellings have a gross internal floor in the region 80 Sqm. (861 Sq.ft).

(Approval for demolition of the existing outbuilding is also being sought). Due to the topography of the site, the proposals include site level adjustments to achieve recommended gradients for access roads and domestic driveways In order to continue the existing access road off Old Brow into the site, there is a need to demolish the existing out building located to the rear of the property at The Highland Laddie Market Street Mossley Ashton-under-Lyne Tameside OL5 0ES; Target date of decision: January 2, 2018.

17/00923/FUL: Rear Conservatory at 41 Micklehurst Road Mossley Tameside OL5 9JF; Target date of decision: January 10, 2018.

17/00967/MATCH: Non material amendment in relation to application no. 11/00915/MATCH at Large Development Site Micklehurst Road Mossley Tameside; Target date of decision: January 13, 2018.
