Cake-a-break! Fire crew’s grateful for pupils’ culinary skills

haven’t gone hungry.

And Oldham Mountain Rescue Team will also benefit from the baking
skills of 20 pupils from Mossley Hollins High School.

Armed with freshly made fruit scones, banana muffins and flapjacks, the
youngsters met the crews to handover 50 small packages of individually
wrapped goodies.

Later in the week, the school will hold a charity bake sale in order to
raise money for Greenfield based OMRT who have worked side-by-side
with the emergency services during the past 10 days.
