CALLING all budding bakers – do you have a recipe for cheese and onion pie that is a world-beater?
Put your culinary skills to the test in The Great Mossley Cheese and Onion Pie Bake Off on Saturday, February 15 at The Fleece Inn, Mossley.
Competitors must present a 12inch cheese and onion plate pie in a silver foil baking dish.
All entries should be delivered to the Fleece Inn by 1pm on February 15, then judging will take place from 1.30pm by an independent panel. The winning pie will be announced later that day.
